How png to jpg conversion works
JPEG cannot store transparency. Transparent pixels are composited over the background shown in the controls; white is the default.

What are the file-processing limits?
Image tools accept JPEG, PNG and WebP up to 20 MiB, 10,000 pixels per side and 24 megapixels. A current browser with Canvas and image decoding support is required. EXIF metadata may be removed from generated images.
